大树杨梅果实数量性状的主成分分析

摘    要: 对云南野生和引进栽培的10个大树杨梅野生种(品种)的果实性状进行了主成分分析。结果表明:前3个的主成分的累积贡献率达92.5%,并根据主成分值初选出6个综合性状较好的品种,为开发利用野生大树杨梅资源提供参考依据。

Abstract:By using principal component analysis, the paper focuses on the analysis of ten species (cultivars) of the fruit characters of waxberry wild in Yunnan and cultivated from other areas. The results showed that the cumulative contribute rate of the foregoing three species (cultivars) amounts to 92.5% and six species with the better -synthesized characters are selected according to the worth of the principal components as well. It also provides the referential value for exploitation and utilization of the wild waxberry resources.
