宁夏腐霉种类及其对主要蔬菜致病性的研究

摘    要: 本文报道了新近从宁夏土壤和植物病根上分离出的10种腐霉。并对其在宁夏各地的出现频率进行分析,明确了终极腐霉Pythium ultimum是宁夏农田腐霉的优势种;用其中的7种腐霉对13种蔬菜进行致病性测定;同时对终极腐霉和瓜果腐霉进行了致病差异研究。

Abstract:Ten species of Pythium recently isolated from solis and infected plants in Ningxia were reported, and the emergence frequency of Pythium in each area of Ningxia were estimated and analysed. P. ultimum proved to be a dominant species in farmland of Ningxia. Seven of the 10 said species were examined for their pathogenicity to 13 vegetables. Pathogenic difference of P. ultiumum and P. aphaniderrnatum were studied.
