灌区水资源优化配置模型的建立及应用

摘    要: 针对灌区水土资源分配不均,研究灌区水资源优化配置问题。建立了既对水库进行优化调度,又考虑田间优化配水的灌区水资源优化配置模型,采用加速遗传算法(RAGA)对模型进行计算。实例计算结果表明,建立的模型能有效提高灌区灌溉效益(尤其是干旱年份);采用RAGA法进行计算合理可行,计算性能好。

Abstract:The water resources optimal allocation model for optimal operation of reservoir and optimal allocation of irrigation water in field was established. This model was calculated by real allocation based accelerating genetic algorithm (RAGA).The results showed that benefit of irrigation district was promoted greatly with this model, especially in the drying years and the calculating method of RAGA was reasonable and feasible.
