ICP-AES测定大叶茶种质资源的矿质元素

摘    要: 采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对38份大叶茶种质资源绿茶样和21份大叶种普通绿茶11种矿质元素(S,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn,Na,Ni,Cu)进行了比较分析,相对标准偏差在1.56%~7.25%之间,方法简便可靠。结果显示:种质资源中S,P,Zn,Mn,Na,Ni的平均含量均低于普通绿茶,而K,Ca,Fe,Cu平均含量均高于普通绿茶;种质资源11种元素含量的变异系数在9.7%-48.9%之间,反映了茶树种质资源矿质元素多样性高;基于矿质元素的主成分聚类分析,可以清楚地将茶树种质资源分为野生型和栽培型两类。研究结果为茶树种质资源的化学分类,资源种质鉴别,新品种选育提供有益的参考。

Abstract:A simple and practical inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP AES) method has been developed for the direct determination of 11 mineral elements (S, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, Na, Ni, Cu) in 21 green tea and 38 tea plant germplasm from Yunnan, China. The RSD of the method were between 1.56 % and 7.25%. The method was simple and accuracy. Compared tea plant germplasm with green tea, the K, Ca, Fe and Cu average contents of tea germplasm were higher than those of green tea, the S, P, Zn, Mn, Na, Ni average contents of tea germplasm were lower than those of green tea; And coefficient of variation of 11 mineral elements of tea plant germplasm ranging from 97%~489%, it was showed that the mineral element diversity was high among tea plant germplasm assessed. Principal component analysis based on determination of mineral elements revealed that 38 tea germplasm were clustered into wild tea group and cultivated tea group distinctly. The above results provided helpful reference for tea plant breeding, classification, identification of tea plant germplasm.
