南阳彩色小麦及其土壤中微量硒的相关性研究

摘    要: 为研究南阳彩色小麦及其土壤中微量硒的相关性,采用国标法测定郑州、焦作和巩义地区种植的彩麦、普通小麦及其生长土壤中的硒含量,并探讨了样品的最佳消解条件和测定条件。测定样品硒的加标回收率为97.02%~106.34%,检出限为0.150ng/mL。小麦硒测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%~6.4%(n=5),土壤硒的RSD<0.5%。分析结果表明:小麦中硒的含量与品种存在着密切关系,在土壤中硒的含量无显著性差异的条件下,不同品种的南阳彩麦中硒的含量有显著性差异(P<0.05),普通紫麦中硒含量最高,硬质紫麦其次,蓝麦中硒含量最低。而同一品种小麦在不同地区种植时不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。

Abstract:In order to study the correlative on trace selenium in Nanyang color wheat and its soil, selenium of wheat samples and their growth soil from the Zhengzhou, Jiaozuo and Gongyi was determined by national standard method. The optimal condition of digestion and measured had been established. The recovery of the samples was between 97.02% and 10634%. The detection limit of selenium was 0.150ng/mL. The relative standard deviation(RSD) of the selenium in the wheat was between 1.2% and 6.4%(n=5). The RSD of the selenium in the soil was under 0.5%. The results showed that close relation existed between the selenium and the kind of wheat. The significant difference of the selenium existed in different kinds of Nanyang color wheat(P<0.05) without significant difference of the selenium in soil. The selenium of common purple wheat was the first, hard purple wheat was the second and blue wheat was the least. There was no significant difference in the same wheat which was planted in different places(P>0.05).
