基于GIS的城郊结合带土地利用覆被变化研究—以武汉市黄陂区为例

摘    要:研究目的意义。土地利用分类是基本农田保护等实践应用工作的基础,充分认识和了解城郊结合带区域土地利用覆被分类变化对提高土地空间资源利用效率具有重要意义。本文以武汉市黄陂区的GIS数据为基础,对比并剖析了2000、2005、2010、2015和2018年共五期的土地利用遥感影像,并从当地人口、城镇化以及社会经济等方面对黄陂区的土地利用覆被状况进行评价。结果表明:1)2000-2018年间黄陂区的土地覆被类型发生了巨大的改变,耕地面积逐年降低,建设用地面积逐年增大;2)其中草地面积在2015-2018年间由下降态势转为上升趋势,水域面积在2010年由上升态势转为逐年下降态势;3)而林地和未利用地变化最小。社会经济的快速发展给土地利用覆被分类带来了诸多变化,政府对于建设用地的投入和支持明显加大,因此建设用地的相关标准得到了改善。

Abstract:Land use classification is the basis of basic farmland protection and other practical applications. Fully understanding the ways of land use and cover classification changes in suburban fringe is of great guiding significance for improving the efficiency of land space resource utilization. Based on the GIS data of Huangpi District, Wuhan City, the five phases of land use remote sensing images in years of 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, and 2018 are compared and analyzed, and also the local population, urbanization, and social economy from 2000-2018. The results show that the land cover types in Huangpi District have undergone tremendous changes from 2000 to 2018. The area of ??arable land has decreased with time increasing, while the area of ??construction land has increased; the grassland area has changed from a decline to an increase from 2015 to 2018, the water area changed from an upward trend in 2010 to a downward trend with time increasing; the smallest forest land and unused land area were changed. The rapid economic development has brought many changes to the classification of land use, and the investment and support of government for construction land has been significantly increased, so the relevant standards for construction land have been improved.
