石松非生物碱化合物的研究

摘    要:从石松乙醇提取物的氯仿层部位分离得到了5个化合物,经理化和波谱分析鉴定为α-芒柄花萜醇(I),26-去甲-8-氧代-α-芒柄花醇(Ⅱ),十六烷酸(Ⅲ),阿魏酸甲酯(Ⅳ),4-羟基肉桂酸甲酯(V).其中,化合物Ⅲ、Ⅳ、V为首次从石松中分离得到.

Abstract:Five compounds were isolated from the chloroform fraction of the ethanol extract of Lycopodium japonicum Thunb.Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis as α-onocerin(Ⅰ),26-nor-8-oxo-α-onocerin(Ⅱ),palmatic acid(Ⅲ),ferulic acid methyl ester(Ⅳ),E-p-hydroxycinnamic acid methyl ester(Ⅴ).Compounds Ⅲ~Ⅴ were isolated from the plant for the first time.
