龙竹种子育苗试验初步研究

摘    要:通过对龙竹不同播种时期、不同覆盖方式、幼苗移植时间、移植密度的育苗试验观察,结果表明:在初夏播种龙竹的平均发芽数和成苗数分别是671株和632株,分别比早春播种高14%和21%,其中以地膜+遮阴网覆盖处理种子的平均发芽数和成苗数最高,分别为874株和859株。用地膜+遮阴网覆盖方式并在初夏4月10日是较为理想的播种方法,5月30日以前进行移植及50株/㎡移植密度可获得较多、较好的幼苗。

Abstract:Seed propagation of the Dendrocalamus giganteus Munro was optimized using different sowng period, cover models, transplantable time and transplantable density in the current work. The results showed that the average buds and plants were 671 and 632, respectively in the early summer, higher than that in early spring by 14% , 21% , respectively. The numbers of germination and seedling reached their highest (874 and 859, respectively) from the experiments with combination of ground film and shadow net. The best method was to sow on April 10 in early summer using combination of ground film and shadow net, followed by transplantation with 50 stubs/m^2 before May 30, which may gain best effect for young sprout production.
