摘    要:土壤盐碱化是一个世界性的难题,严重影响作物生长,因此,培育抗盐作物具有重要的生态意义。随着分子生物学的发展,已发现与植物耐盐性相关的转导途径有盐超敏感信号途径、钙调磷酸酶(CaN)信号途径、乙烯信号途径、蛋白激酶参与的信号途径等,目前已分离和克隆了多种耐盐基因,为耐盐新品种选育提供了新的途径。本文综述了耐盐信号转导途径及相关基因的研究进展。

Abstract:Soil salination, a worldwide problem, is seriously affecting the crop growth. Therefore, cultivationof salt-tolerant plants showed an important significance for ecology and environment. With the development of molecular biology, the signal transduction pathways related to salt tolerance, including SOS, CaN, MAPK, ethylene etc have been discovered up to now. Many genes related to salt tolerance were also isolated, which provided a approach to create new salt tolerance germplasms. The progresses of signal transduction pathway for salt stress and related genes were reviewed in this article.
