摘    要:对不同地区、不同等级烟叶配方打叶后片烟的常规化学成分、主要中性致香成分和评吸质量进行相关分析.结果表明,影响烟叶主要评吸质量的主要理化指标有总糖、还原糖和总植物碱,与香气质、香气量呈正相关;中性致香成分对感官评吸7个指标中仅对吃味、灰色略有负面影响,对其余5个指标(香气质、香气量、杂气、刺激性和总分)均为正面影响.

Abstract:The correlativity among the routine chemical components,the main neutral aroma constituents and the smoking qualities of blend threshing strips which were from different areas and grades was analyzed in the present work.The results showed that the main physical and chemical indexes that influenced the main smoking quality were total sugar,reducing sugar and total alkaloid,which had significant,positive effects on quality of aroma and volume of aroma.Neutral aroma constituents had positive influences on five...
