摘    要:采用盆栽试验,向土壤添加一定浓度Pb、Cd模拟土壤Pb、Cd复合污染,并设置CK(0 g/kg土)、A(10 g/kg土)和B(20 g/kg土)处理有机肥施用水平,研究烟草生长发育过程中有机肥对烟草生长和部分生理指标的影响。结果表明:施用有机肥对烟草株高、叶面积等农艺性状影响不显著;CK、A、B处理烤烟第6叶(从上向下)叶绿素总含量分别为0.11、0.12、0.13mg/g,叶绿素a、b含量和总叶绿素含量均随有机肥施用量增加而增大;A、B处理较CK处理显著提高了叶片的SOD活性和成熟期的SOD活性,降低了烤烟的MDA含量。

Abstract:With the addition of a certain concentration of Pb and Cd in three levels of organic fertilizer control (0 g/kg soil), A( 10 g/kg soil) and B (20 g/kg soil), a pot experiment was used to elucidate the effect of organic fertilizers on several physiological indices of flue - cured tobacco. The results showed that the organic fertilizers had no effect on agronomic traits of flue - cured tobacco. The total content of chlorophyll in the sixth leaf (from top to bottom) of control, A, B was 0. 11, 0. 12, 0. 13 mg/g, respectively. With the increase of organic fertilizers, the total content of chlorophyll, as well as the content of either chlorophyll a or chlorophyll b enhanced. Compared to the control, treatment A and B may obviously elevate SOD activity, improved the SOD activity at maturing stage. Also, it could reduce the MDA accumulation in flue -cured tobacco, and increased the copper quality.
