广西木论自然保护区铁皮石斛生境腐殖质分析

摘    要:为了探索广西木论国家级自然保护区内自然状态下野生铁皮石斛与腐殖质环境的关系,以寻求铁皮石斛组培苗的炼苗驯化和回归种植栽培最佳基质,我们在保护区内设置了5个10 m×10 m的野生铁皮石斛样地并采集了0~10 cm土层厚度的腐殖质,测定了所采样品的理化性状指标。结果表明:木论保护区林下铁皮石斛生境腐殖质中有机质含量为299.65~561.87 g/kg,N含量为15.29~20.12 g/kg,P含量为6.15~62.30 g/kg,K含量为138.50~302.00 g/kg;腐殖质近中性偏微碱性,保水性良好。

Abstract:In order to reveal the relationship between humus properties and wild Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo of Mulun National Nature Reserve in Guangxi,China,five transect and plot samples of D.officinale(square of 10m×10m) was set up and the soil of wild D.officinale(0~10cm humus layer) was collected to measure the physical and chemical characters of humus.The result showed that content of the humus was 299.65~561.87g/kg,N was 15.29~20.12g/kg,P was 6.15~62.30g/kg,and K was 138.50~302.00g/kg,which may provide valuable information for tissue culture of this species.
