摘    要:对黔东地区乔木林、灌木林下的石灰土、黄壤和红壤中的过氧化氢酶、脲酶和蔗糖酶三种酶活性状况进行研究。结果表明:在3种土壤类型中,3种土壤酶活性从高到低依次为:石灰土(黄壤(红壤;在乔木林和灌木林2种林地土壤中,3种酶活性都表现为:乔木林土壤(灌木林土壤;在高海拔地区的林地土壤均表现出较高的酶活性。相关分析表明,3种土壤酶之间具有很好的正相关关系。

Abstract:The activities of catalase, urease and invertase, were investigated in lime soil, yellow soil, and red soil under arbor forest and shrub forest in east Guizhou . The results showed that the activity order of soil en- zymes were lime soil 〉 yellow soil 〉 red soil, and arbor forest soil 〉 shrub forest soil. Forest soil of high-elevation areas possessed higher enzyme activities. Significant positive correlation among the soil enzymes was investigated via statistical analysis.
