紫茎泽兰水浸液对不同玉米品种的化感效应分析

摘    要:利用生物检测法研究了不同采收时期紫茎泽兰的茎叶水浸液对不同品种玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同受体品种对紫茎泽兰化感效应的敏感性存在差异,各品种敏感性(敏感指数M3)顺序为:云瑞1号(-0.086 5)白糯1号(-0.068 2)鲁三3号(-0.038 6)。紫茎泽兰水浸液化感效应大小与其浓度密切相关。12月份采收的紫茎泽兰,其茎叶水浸液对玉米的化感抑制作用随浓度增加而增强。而4月份采收的紫茎泽兰,其茎叶水浸液在低浓度(0.001 g/m L)时对各品种均有化感促进作用;中浓度(0.005 g/m L)时,对白糯1号、鲁三3号有促进作用,但对云瑞1号呈抑制作用;高浓度(0.025 g/m L)时,对所有供试玉米品种均表现为化感抑制效应,其中对鲁三3号的抑制作用最强。紫茎泽兰化感效应与其采收时期关系密切,4月份采收的紫茎泽兰,其茎叶水浸液表现出更强的化感抑制效应。

Allelopathic Effects of Aqueous Extracts from Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng on Three Maize Varieties ( Zea mays )

Abstract:The influences of aqueous extracts from Eupatorium adenophorum leaves and stem on the seed germination and seedling growth of Zea mays were investigated using the bioassay test method in the present study. The results showed that allelopathy was closely related to the recipient plant species, and sensitivity order of varieties was Yunrui No. 1 〉 Bainuo No. 1 〉 Lusan No. 3, and the allelopathic effect was closely related to the concentration of aqueous extracts. The allelopathic inhibition of aqueous extracts from E. adenophorum harvested in December increased with the elevation of aqueous extract concentrations. However, that from E. adenophorum harvested in April presented an allelopathic promotion to the tested varieties at low concentration (0. 001 g/mL ) , demonstrated allelopathic promotion to Bainuo No. 1 and Lusan No. 3 or allelopathic inhibition to Yunrui No. 1 at moderate concentration (0. 005 g/mL) , and showed allelopathic inhibition to the tested varieties, among which the strongest effect was investigated in Lusan No. 3, at high concentration (0. 025 g/mL). Conclusively, water extract from Eupatorium harvested in April presented a stronger allelopathic inhibition effect.
