摘    要:选用SPF级大鼠为研究材料,以酵母膏、氧嗪酸钾、腺嘌呤、乙胺丁醇四种造模剂组合诱导大鼠高尿酸模型;酵母膏、腺嘌呤、乙胺丁醇采用灌胃方式给药,氧嗪酸钾采用灌胃和腹腔注射两种给药方式。试验开始后于第0、7、14、21 d进行静脉取血,检测血清尿酸值,尿素氮,肌酐值。结果表明:各组尿酸值均明显升高。其中模型1、2、6组血尿酸值明显升高,而尿素氮、肌酐值升高均值不大,对肾功影响较小,可作为较为稳定的高尿酸血症模型;模型4、5组血尿酸值升高,但升高维持不稳定;模型3、7组对肾功的影响大,不适合用于对肾病的研究。

Abstract:To induce the rat model of high uric acid, currently, the combination of yeast extract, potassium oxonate, adenine and ethambutol was used as mold agent for SPF rats. After the treatment for 0, 7, 14 and 21 days, the serum uric acid, urea nitrogen and creatinine were detected. The results showed that uric acid of each group was significantly increased. In model groups 1,2, 6, the uric acids were highly enhanced, and the urea nitrogen and creatinine were slightly increased, which had smaller impact on renal function, sugges- ting these groups may be used as the considerably stable hyperuricemia model. Uric acids of the model 4, 5 were elevated in spite of their unstability. Group 3, 7 had high - impact on the model of renal, which was not suitable for the study of kidney disease;
