摘    要:采用2种溶剂对马尾松针叶进行提取,得到马尾松针叶水提取液和醇提取液。以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽胞杆菌、黄曲霉、黑曲霉、青霉、根霉、白色念珠菌和啤酒酵母为供试菌,研究马尾松针叶水提取液和醇提取液对上述9种微生物的最低抑制浓度和抑菌圈大小。结果表明:马尾松针叶的水提液和醇提液对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和啤酒酵母有一定的抑制作用,但抑制作用存在差异,水提液的效果均比醇提液的效果明显,而对黄曲霉、黑曲霉、青霉、根霉以及白色念珠菌抑制作用不明显。

Abstract:The bacteriostatic activities of the extracts from pine needles were examined in the present investigation. Two kinds of solvents were used to extract the compounds from pine needles of Pinus massoniana Lamb. The antibacterial abilities of two solvents were determined by minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and inhibitory circle when tested with Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus niger, Rhizopus sp, Penicillium sp, Monilia albiean, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The results indicated that the two extractions were fairly antimicrobial action with Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, and Saccharomyces cerevisia, however, the water extraction was better than the alcohol extraction. No obvious antimicrobial activity was obtained from that affecting other fungus such as Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus niger, Rhizopus sp, Penicillium sp, and Monilia albiean.
