| 摘 要： | 为解决育种工作中的花期不遇问题,以不同抽薹特性的3个结球白菜品种为试验材料,采用单因素试验研究多效唑(PP333)延迟开花的效果,采用正交试验设计研究赤霉素(GA3)促进抽薹的作用。结果表明,100mg/L的PP333推迟易抽薹品种开花效果较好,而移栽20 d后采用600 mg/L的GA3处理1次是促进耐抽薹品种白菜抽薹的最佳组合。这两种处理方式可以使冬性强弱不同的白菜品种均在移栽后40-45 d左右开花,在杂交育种实践中具有一定的应用价值。

Regulation of Flowering Time of Chinese Cabbage by Paclobutrazol and Gibberellin |

| Abstract: | To solve the problem of flowering asynchronism in plant breeding, single factor experiment and orthogonal test were combined to explore the effects of paclobutrazol and gibberellin on bolting and flowering in different varieties of Chi-nese cabbage. The results showed that the bolting and flowering time of early bolting varieties could be postponed well by 100 mg/L PP333, while treatment with 600 mg/L at the 20th day after transplanting was the best for late bolting varieties. These two kinds of processing combination could make varieties with different winter habit flower at the same time. The re-sults suggested great value in plant breeding. |
