木豆不定芽再生途径的高效快繁体系

摘    要:以木豆成熟胚为外植体,通过探讨不同培养条件对不定芽的诱导、增殖及生根等能力的影响,以建立高效的快繁体系。结果表明:适合胚生长的培养基为MS附加0.5 mg/L BA和0.1 mg/L IBA;不定芽增殖培养基以EC6附加0.4 mg/LBA与0.2 mg/L IBA效果最佳;生根培养基以MS附加0.1 mg/L IBA效果最好,生根率为82.4%,移栽成活率为85%。

Abstract:Mature embryos of pigeon pea(Cajanus cajan) were used as the explants to investigate the establishment of regeneration system in the current work.The results showed that the best medium for embryo culture was MS supplemented with 0.5 mg/L BA and 0.1 mg/L IBA.EC6 medium supplemented with 0.4 mg/L BA and 0.2 mg/L IBA gave the best multiplication efficiency of plant.The MS medium supplemented with 0.1 mg/L IBA was the best for inducing roots from shoots,the rooting rate was up to 82.4%.The survival rate was ab...
