摘    要:光周期敏感性是热带、亚热带玉米种质引入温带的主要障碍,鉴定自交系光周期敏感性对于温热杂交种的组配及西南玉米制种基地的选择具有重要价值。试验以西南地区10个常用自交系为材料,在三亚、贵阳和张掖三地种植,调查抽雄吐丝期、株高与穗位高等性状,鉴定分析其光周期敏感性。结果表明:自交系T32、QB446、S909对光周期反应最为敏感,自交系PH6WC、QB1018自交系对光周期反应最为钝感。

Abstract:Photoperiod sensitivity is the main obstruction in introducing maize germplasm from tropical and subtropical zone to temperate zone. It has important value to identify the photoperiod sensitivity of the inbred lines for the cross of temperate - tropics hybrids and the choice of maize breeding base in southwest of China. In this experiment we chose 10 frequently - adopted maize inbred lines from southwest as test materials, which were cultivated in Sanya, Guiyang and Zhangye, respectively. Days to tasseling stage and silking stage, plant height, ear height and other traits were surveyed. Photoperiod sensitivity was analyzed. The resuits showed that inbred lines T32, QB46 and S909 were the most sensitive to photoperiod, whereas the inbred lines PH6WC and QBIO18 were the less sensitive.
