摘    要:以半夏叶片为外植体,研究了生长调节物质6-BA(6-苄氨基腺嘌呤)、2,4-D(2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸)、α-NAA(α-萘乙酸)、IBA(吲哚丁酸)对半夏人工种胚诱导和增殖的影响。结果表明,6-BA和2,4-D有利于半夏叶片愈伤组织的诱导和增殖,适宜培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L;6-BA、IBA和NAA对半夏人工种胚的诱导和增殖效果较好,适宜培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 2.0 mg/L或MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA 2.0 mg/L。结果为对半夏人工种胚诱导及工厂化提供了试验依据。

The Effects of Plant Growth Regulators on Artificial Embryo Formation of Pinellia ternata

Abstract:The effects of 6 - benzyl amino adenine (6 - BA), 2,4 - dichlorobenzene oxygen ethanoic acid (2,4 -D), alpha naphthyl acetic acid (ct -NAA) and indole butyric acid (IBA) on the induction and pro- liferation of artificial embryos of Pinellia ternata were investigated herein using the leaves as the explants. The results showed that 6 - BA and 2,4 - D were advantageous for callus induction and multiplication, and the best medium was MS + 6 - BA 1.0 mg/L + 2,4 - D 2.0 mg/L. The 6 - BA, IBA and NAA were suitable for the induction and proliferation of artificial embryos, and the appropriate medium was MS + 6 - BA 1.0 mg/L + IBA 2.0 mg/L, or MS + 6 - BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 2.0 mg/L. The results may facilitate the production of artificial seeds for this medical plant.
