摘    要:本实验采用正交分析的方法,以羟丙基纤维素浓度、羧甲基壳聚糖浓度、乙酸钙浓度为考察因素,通过对黏度、澄明度、止血效果、成膜时间等指标的综合评价,筛选出最佳伤口清洗剂配方组成。结果表明三个因素对伤口清洗液性能的影响次序由大到小为羧甲基壳聚糖(CMC)浓度(B)〉羟丙基纤维素(HPC)浓度(A)〉乙酸钙浓度(C)。结论:由2%羟丙基纤维素、1%羧甲基壳聚糖以及1.5%的乙酸钙组成的伤口清洗剂的性能最佳。

Abstract:Currently, the orthogonal experiment was designed with concentrations of hydroxypropyl cellulose, carboxymethyl chitosan or calcium acetate, then the formula of biological polysaccharide wound cleaning fluid was optimized by the comprehensive assessment of viscosity, clarity, hemostatic effect and film forming time. The effect order of the three factors on the performance of wound cleaning fluid formula were concentration of CMC (B) 〉 concentration of HPC (A) 〉 concentration of calcium acetate (C). The best combination of wound cleaning fluid was 2% hydroxypropyl cellulose, 1% earboxymethyl ehitosan and 1.5% calcium ace- tate.
