贵州不同生境下种植钩藤土壤养分与酶活性研究

摘    要:通过采集贵州不同生态环境下种植钩藤的土壤样品,分析了土壤养分与酶活性的差异,结果表明:不同生态环境下种植钩藤的土壤pH在4.85 ~ 5.38之间,呈强酸性;钩藤土壤氮磷钾含量为:林地>耕地>荒地;土壤脲酶活性:林地>耕地≈荒地;土壤磷酸酶活性:荒地≈林地≥耕地;土壤过氧化氢酶活性:耕地≈林地≈荒地.种植钩藤的土壤pH值与速效磷、有机质与全氮、全氮与碱解氮、速效钾之间存在极显著正相关性,土壤pH值与磷酸酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性呈极显著正相关性,土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮与脲酶活性之间呈极显著正相关关系.结果为掌握贵州三种钩藤种植模式下土壤状况提供了基础数据.

Research on Nutrients and Enzyme Activities in Uncaria rhynchophylla-Grown Soil at Different Habitats in Guizhou

Abstract:To undersatnd differences in soil nutrients and enzyme activities, soil samples from different habitats where Uncaria rhynchophylla grew in Guizhou were analyzed. The results showed that pH of U. rhyncho- phylla - grown soil at different habitats was 4.85 - 5.38, which was strongly acidic. NPK contents in U. rhynchophylla - grown soil was in the order of woodland 〉 cropland 〉 wasteland. Soil urease activity was in this order : woodland 〉 cropland ≈ wasteland ; soil phosphatase activity : wasteland ≈ woodland ≥ cropland ; soil catalase activity : cropland≈woodland≈ wasteland. For U. rhynchophylla, there were strong significantly positive correlations between soil pH and available phosphorus, organic matter and total nitrogen, total nitrogen and available nitrogen and available potassium. Strong significantly positive correlations not only existed between soil pH and phosphatase and catalase activity, but also existed between soil urease activity and soil organic matter, total nitrogen and available nitrogen. The results may provide basic data for the control of soil conditions under three kinds of cultivation patterns of U. rhynchophylla in Guizhou.
