高特克在油菜及土壤中的残留降解

摘    要:研究了农药高特克及其代谢产物在油菜和土壤中的降解规律。结果表明,高特克使用后,母体在植株和土壤中降解较快,并通过代谢产生高特克酸,以其母体和代谢产物总量评价其安全性,它在土壤和植株上半衰期分别为17.2和5.2d,按推荐剂量使用,在油菜籽中的最终残留低于0.1mg/kg。

Abstract:The degradation of Benazolin and its metabolite in rape and soils were studied, the results showed that the degradation of parent Benazolin in rape and soil was very rapid, while metabolized Benazolin-acid. The safety assessment was based on the origin and its metabolites content. The half lives of the total content of Benazolin and its metabolites were 17.2d and 5.2d respectively. The residue in rape at harvest was less than 0.1mg/kg when used by recommended dosage.
