摘    要:采集浙江省不同地区受污农田中农作物样品对Pb积累的特征进行了研究及分析。结果表明,土壤受污水灌溉时间越长,灌溉的污水浓度越高,土壤积累Pb的含量越高。各种农作物不同器官中的富集系数差异明显,其积累量的变化规律为根系>茎叶>果实,且不同的农作物对Pb的吸收程度不一样,在采集的6种作物中,玉米最高,小麦最低。紫云英的地上和地下部分对Pb的吸收程度均很高,且各器官差异不明显。从吸收量来看,种植玉米和紫云英对受污农田系统的修复效果较为理想。

Abstract:In this article,the accumulation characteristics of Pb in different crops grown in polluted farmlands from different areas in Zhejiang Province was studied and analyzed.The results showed that the longer the soil was irrigated by sewage,the more serious contamination of Pb it was.Pb absorbed by plants was not equally distributed in different organs in the studied plants,and the metal was mainly accumulated in root tissue,secondly was in stem and foliage,only little was in fruits.The accumulation coefficient in every organs of different crops varied apparently,and the rule was also in an order: root >stem and leaf>fruit;but the accumulation ability of Pb in crops was different: Zea mays was the highest,and Triticum aestivum was the lowest,for example,as for Astragalus sinicus,that had a higher Pb absorption,no matter what organ.Furthermore,the absorption degree difference was not obvious in every organs.Therefore,in considering absorption capacity,it is an ideal way to grow Zea mays and Astragalus sinicus to ameliorate polluted farmland,in the case of phyto-remediation of the soil.
