In respect of some issues of electronic resources, such as the quantity and quality, the function of retrieval system, the technological support, and the restriction on usage,the model of pricing, this article discussed the scientific evaluation of the electronics resources and its acquisition. And some difficulties in purchasing the electronic resources and developing digital collection are pointed out. |
