酸雨胁迫下有机-无机复合污染对土壤过氧化氢酶活性的影响

摘    要:运用正交试验设计方案考察了酸雨、重金属铜和农药莠去津复合污染对土壤过氧化氢酶活性的影响。结果表明,氢离子浓度是制约酶活性的最为重要的因素;重金属铜、培养时间次之;在所考察的浓度范围内,未见铝离子、莠去津对过氧化氢酶活性有显著影响。这说明在有机-无机复合污染的生态条件下,外源氢离子、重金属铜较有机农药更易影响和破坏农业生态环境。

Abstract:Effects of combined pollutions,heavy metals -pesticide,on catalase in a mimic acid rain erosive soils were s tudied by using orthogonal test design.The re sults showed that the concentration of hydrogen cationic had a significa nt influence on catalase activity.The influence of Cu and incubation time was slighter than the co ncentration of hydrogen.Within the concentration rang investigated,both aluminums and atrazine exhibited no effect on catala se activity.It was clearly suggeste d that hydrogen cationic and Cu more affect agro -environment than organic pesticide under the condition organic /inorganic combined pollutants.
