| Abstract: | The detection techniques of pesticides and veterinary drug residues in farm product were reviewed. Four major techniques were instrument analysis ,biosensor,immunoanalysis and enzyme inhibition analysis. In the end, the methods for the improvement of farm product quality were proposed. |
