镉胁迫对大豆幼苗生长影响及不同品种耐镉差异性研究

摘    要:通过6个大豆品种的水培试验,研究了镉胁迫对大豆生长发育、叶片脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶和硝酸还原酶活性的影响以及不同品种大豆幼苗耐镉性的差异。结果表明,镉胁迫使大豆的株高和硝酸还原酶的活性明显降低,过氧化物酶的活性明显增强,并积累了大量的游离脯氨酸。6个大豆品种在镉胁迫下表现出的生长特征和耐镉性有明显的差异,根据耐镉性系数的计算,6个大豆品种耐镉性的顺序为:中豆30〉湘春豆15〉湘春豆19〉8157〉早生白鸟〉铁丰29。

Abstract:A water culturing experiment was conducted to study the effects of Cd on growth of Glycine max seedlings,contents of proline and activities of peroxidase(POD) and nitric acid reductase(NR) in Glycine max leaves,and to explore differences of Cd-tolerance among six varieties of Glycine max.The results indicated that the height of Glycine max seedlings and activity of NR significantly decreased,and contents of proline and activity of POD significantly increased under Cd treatments.Under Cd stresses,growth characters and Cd-tolerance were significant differences among six varieties of Glycine max.According to the calculated Cd-tolerance indexes for the six varieties of Glycine max,the capacity of Cd-tolerance followed the sequence: Zhongdou 30>Xiangchundou 15>Xiangchundou 19>No.8157> Zaoshengbainiao>Tiefeng 29.
