摘    要:多氯联苯(PCBs)的生物毒性对生态环境和人体健康造成极大的威胁,国内外许多水体都不同程度地受到PCBs的污染。在介绍PCBs污染研究的分析方法包括色谱分析法、生物分析法和免疫分析法的基础上,对各种分析方法的优缺点进行了评述,并提出我国今后PCBs分析方法的研究方向,为建立高效快速的PCBs分析方法提供了依据。

Abstract:Polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) are harmful to environment and human health because of its persistence and toxicity to biology.The volatilization,transference,leakage and recycle of PCBs remained in nature are the main sources of PCBs pollution.Many water bodies in the world have been polluted by PCBs at different extents.The assay methods for determination of PCBs,including chromatography,biology and immunology,were reviewed in this paper.The advantage and disadvantage of these three kinds of methods were evaluated.This article brings forward the trends of research on PCBs assay and provides the basis to the choice for rapid assay of PCBs.
