摘    要:采用人工自然模拟试验方法,研究了EM菌与水生植物黄花水龙(Jussiaea stipulacea Ohwi)联合作用对污水水质改善的影响。结果表明,EM菌对水体中氮、磷的去除有一定的效果,尤其是对氨氮的去除效果最好。对于污水中氨氮的去除率,固定EM和水生植物结合非固定EM的处理都达到了92%左右,但单独EM菌处理对水体磷的去除效果较差,只有20%左右。黄花水龙与不固定EM菌的联合处理去除氮和磷的效果最好,在处理12d期间内,对NH4^+-N、TN和TP的去除率分别达98.1%、53.6%和47.4%。有关植物与EM联合作用降低水体中氮和磷的机制有待进一步研究。

Abstract:The effects of EM combined with aquatic plant(Jussiaea stipulacea Ohwi) on removing N and P from the artificially eutrophicated waste water were studied.EM addition whether immobilized or non-immobilized could considerably decrease N concentration in the waste water,especially for effectively reducing ammonium-N in the waste water,with the removing rate being 92% after 12 days' treatment.Whereas,single EM had less effect on reducing total P concentration in the waste water,with the removing rate around 20% after 12 days' treatment.The combination of EM with aquatic plant(Jussiaea stipulacea Ohwi) resulted in best removal of N and P for all the treatments.After 12-days' treatment,the treatment of EM with non-immobilized aquatic plant reduced ammonium-N,total N,and total P by 98.1%,53.6%,and 47.4%,respectively.Mechanisms of combining effects of EM with aquatic plant on reducing N and P in the eutrophicated waste water still needed to be further clarified.
