| 摘 要： | 认为《中图法》第五版将“肾疾病”类目设置局限在泌尿外科之下是不完整的,应当根据医疗实际进行调整,将“肾疾病类目”放在R692类目下保留外科疾病类目,增设R577肾内科疾病类目,以方便肾内科医务人员找书。

| Abstract: | Pointed out in this paper is that the "the class of renal diseases" should be placed under R692 with its class number of surgical renal diseases preserved and add R577 for internal renal diseases in the next edition of Chinese Library Classification because the placement of "renal diseases" under urinary surgery was incomplete. |
