摘    要:采用营养液培养法 ,研究了酸雨对大豆根系生长的影响。结果表明 ,pH3.0酸雨严重抑制大豆幼苗根系生长 ,损伤生理机能 ;La -Gly浸种的大豆植株 ,根系受酸雨的胁迫减轻 ,这同La -Gly稳定质膜结构和保护酶 (CAT,POD)功能 ,降低丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,提高根系活力 ,促进根系生长等作用有关。

Abstract:An experiment of nutrient solution culture was conducted to study the effect of acid rain on root of soybean. The results demonstrated that the root growth was inhabited and physiological function was harmed by acid rain (pH 3.0) respectively. A solution of La- Gly at 30 mg· L- 1 was used to soak soybean seed and it was discovered that the treatment could reduce stress effect of acid rain. The physiological analysis also showed that the effect was related to the role of La- Gly, which could keep stability of cell membrane and protecting enzymes (CAT, POD), decrease malondialdehyde content, raise root vigor and improve the root growth of soybean seedlings.
