摘    要:使用腐熟鸡粪堆肥分别与树皮、木片、泥炭、陶粒和木炭以1:1(V/V)混合组成生物滤池填料,分别以CB、CW、CP、KC及CC作为其编号,编号后加数字1和2标注表示填料组成分别在第1和第2轮试验中所使用,试验在填料层高度为50cm、气体停留时间为68.4s的情况下,比较了不同填料组成的生物滤池对鸡粪堆肥臭气去除效果的影响。结果表明,由堆肥和树皮组成填料的生物滤池比使用其他填料具有更强的氨去除能力。筛选试验1中,CB1对氨的累积去除率达到93.73%,CW1为83.09%,CP1为75.81%,CB1的氨去除效果最好;在筛选试验2中,CB2对氨的累积去除率最高达100%,CC2次之,KC2填料最差。对填料中各形态氮含量的分析表明,CB填料的3种无机态氮以及全氮的增加量均比其他4种填料的要高,表明腐熟鸡粪堆肥和树皮混合组成的填料较其他4种组合填料具有更好的氨吸附、吸收能力。

Abstract:By mixing bark, wood chip, peat, keramics and charcoal with matured chicken manure compost as media of biofiher respectively, the impact of media assemblage on odor removal efficiency of biofilter was researched at media height of 50 cm and gas detention time of 68.4 s. The results showed that the assemblage of matured chicken manure compost and bark as a biofiher media had stronger ammonia removal capacity than the others. In the 1st experiment, the cumulative ammonia removal rate of biofiter CB1, CW1 and CP1 achieved 93.73%, 83.09% and 75.81% respectively. CB1, CW1 and CP1 represented the biofiher whose media was composed of compost and bark, compost and wood chip, and compost and peat respectively. The cumulative ammonia removal rate of CB1 was best. In the 2nd experiment, biofihers composed of compost and bark, compost and charcoal, and compost and keramics achieved a cumulative ammonia removal rate of 100.00%, 95.90%, and 69.67% respectively. The increments of ammonium, nitrite, nitrate and total nitrogen concentration in media assemblage with compost and bark were larger than the other four media assemblages, suggesting the higher capacity of ammonia adsorption, absorption and transformation in media with assemblage of compost and bark compared with the other four assemblages.
