石灰与泥炭配施对重金属污染土壤上小白菜生长和营养元素吸收的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽方法研究了在Cd、Pb、Zn污染的土壤上,石灰和泥炭配施对小白菜生长状况及对营养元素(N、P、K)吸收的影响。结果表明,石灰(L)、石灰加低量泥炭(LP1)、石灰加高量泥炭(LP2)处理都消除了重金属的毒害症状,显著促进小白菜的生长,生物量较对照提高2—5倍。茎叶鲜重总体上看LP1>LP2>L。L、LP1、LP2处理显著降低小白菜N、K的含量,而P的含量则没有显著降低。小白菜N、P、K含量的降低主要是生长稀释效应引起的。

Abstract:Effects of lime and peat on the growth and the uptake of N, P and Kof pakchoi (Brassica chinensis) were studied by pot experiment in Cd, Pb and Zncontaminated soil. Treatments lime (L), lime and low level peat (LP1), lime andhigh level peat (LP2 ) can markedly improved the growth of pakchoi and eliminate the symptom caused by heavy metal pollution. As a whole, the fresh weight of the above-ground part was in the order of LP1>LP2>L?Treatments L , LP1 and LP2 significantly decreased the contents of N and K in pakchoi , however, P content in pakchoi did not decrease significantly . The decrease of N, P and K contents in pakchoi was due to "growth dilute effect".
