生物细胞色素P450的研究进展

摘    要:简要介绍了生物细胞色素P450分布的多样性、P450的功能、P450在不同领域的研究现状与进展。鉴于P450的研究无论在理论上探索生物的生理代谢、选择进化和生物与环境的关系方面,或在环境保护、农业生态、生物防治、作物基因工程和医药卫生等应用方面,都有广泛的实践意义,因此,应该受到更大的关注和重视。

Abstract:Cytochrome P450 in organisms was firstly discovered in 1958. It has been researched extensively in the last 20 years. The results indicated that cytochrome P450 exists in animals, plants and microorganisms. This paper briefly introduces the diversities of distribution, functions and research progress of cytochrome P450. It is important for cytochrome P450 in organisms to explore physiological metabolism, choice revolution, relationship between organisms and environment in theory as well as environmental protection, agricultural ecology, biological control, gene engineering of crops and medical hygiene in application. Therefore, it is suggested that a great attention be paid on cytochrome P450.
