重金属超富集植物筛选研究进展

摘    要:综述超富集植物富集重金属的机制、重金属超富集植物筛选研究现状以及螯合诱导技术和基因技术在重金属超富集植物筛选中的应用,针对重金属污染植物修复技术和重金属超富集植物筛选研究中存在的问题,提出了今后应加强的研究工作。

Abstract:Heavy metal pollution has become a serious problem which is urgent to be solved in the world.Phytoremediation may offer a feasible solution to this problem as it is safe and cheap compared to traditional remediation technology.However,there are difficulties in extension of this technique for its disadvantage such as a low biomass production and so on.So it is urgent to look for the suitable hyperaccumulators with high biomass in the field.Improvement of plants by genetic engineering and application of chelators to soil are also feasible and effective approach to increase efficiency of phytoremediation.The concept of phytoremediation and hyperaccumulator,the research advances in mechanisms of hyperaccumlator,selection of hyperaccumulators,gene technique and chelate-enhanced phytoremdiation for hyperaccumulators selection are reviewed.The problems and the future study directions in the phytoremediation research field are put forward.In order to enhance biomass and accumulation capacity of hyperaccumulator,it becomes more important to improve the effect of phytoremediation since some hyperaccumulators growing slowly.Gene technology may bring the breakthrough for phytoremediation technique,some advises on gene technology in the future are suggested in this paper.
