摘    要:采用盆栽试验,研究了施用石灰、有机肥、海泡石对红壤上小油菜生物量、Cd与Zn吸收量、土壤Cd、Zn形态转化、pH等的影响。结果表明,改良剂对无污染红壤小油菜的生长影响不大,但能显著提高污染土壤上小油菜的生物产量,同时明显降低小油菜对Cd、Zn的吸收浓度。改良剂单施的效果是有机肥>石灰>海泡石,而有机肥和石灰配施或3种改良剂配合施用优于单施。改良剂降低复合污染红壤Cd、Zn生物有效性的主要原因是,施用改良剂后,土壤重金属形态和pH值发生显著变化。施用改良剂,土壤Cd、Zn转变为植物不易吸收的形态,与植物生长有良好相关性的土壤有效态重金属含量显著减少;施用石灰使土壤pH升高约2个单位,施用海泡石和有机肥使土壤pH增加1.2个单位以上。

Abstract:The effects of different amendments(lime,manure and sepiolite)on biomass,the uptake of cadmium and zinc by rape,pH and speciation of heavy metals in soil were studied using pot experiments.The results indicated that the biomass of rape applied various amendments showed no significant difference in uncontaminated red soil,but the difference was very significant in red soil contaminated by cadmium and zinc,and the rape biomass increased with the application of amendments.In the compound contaminated soil with the amendments application,the bioavailability of cadmium and zinc decreased greatly since the concentration of heavy metals in rape shoot all decreased.The effect of the three amendments was decreased in an order manure>lime>sepiolite.Mixing application of manure and lime and/or sepiolite was better than single application of the three amendments.The changes of speciation of heavy metals and soil pH were the main reasons of bioavailability decreasing after applying amendments in red soil contaminated by cadmium and zinc.The exchangeability of cadmium and zinc which significantly correlated to rape growth greatly decreased and transformed into other fractions less available to rape.The soil pH increased 2 units and 1.2 units for addition of lime,manure or sepiolite,respectively.
