综合指数评价法的指标重叠性与独立性研究

通过对综合指数评价法指标的重叠性与独立性研究，确立：内涵式重叠和信息重叠是指标间重叠的两个层次；指标间数值的高度相关性以及指标数值与评价结果值相关系数的高度相近性是指标间存在重叠、致使指标不独立的必要前提条件。提出了重叠度、独立度来衡量评价指标的重叠性与独立性，并建立其计算方法。对于生态农业的综合指数法评价指标而言，指标体系中结构功能指标和效益指标间的信息重叠是评价体系指标独立性降低的一个重要原因。

Analysis of Overlap and Independence Character of Indexes in Composite-Index Assessment Method

By studying the index's overlap and independence character of composite index assessment method, such conclusions can be reached that connotation overlap and information overlap are two levels of index overlap, a highdegree of interrelationships between index numbers and high closeness of interrelation coefficients between index numbers and evaluational result are necessary prerequisite conditions resulting in the overlap and independence degree are put forward to measure the overlap and independence character of assessment indexes and the methods to calculate them are also established. In terms of the indexes of composite-index method on eco-agricultural evaluation, information overlap between structural and functional indexes of index system is an important cause for the independence reduction of indexes.
