摘    要:对动物性产品中硝基呋喃类抗生素及其代谢物的残留及其危害进行综述,分别介绍了高效液相色谱、液相色谱质谱联用、液相色谱串联质谱和酶联免疫吸附分析等目前检测硝基呋喃类抗生素及其代谢物的残留的常用方法,同时对此类检测方法的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:Determination of traces of residues of nitrofuran antibiotics and its metabolites in foods derived from animals are summarized in the present paper.The main detection methods of nitrofuran antibiotics and its metabolites,including high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS),liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),are introduced.In addition,the development trends of detection methods for trace amounts of the drugs in the foods derived from animals are also viewed.
