植物诱导抗病性的信号转导途径

摘    要:诱导抗病性作为一种主动的防卫反应,是在激发子的诱发下产生的,以此区别于植物固有抗病性,对植物诱导抗病性的信号转导途径进行了研究.结果表明:一切生命现象都可以归结于细胞的信号转导过程,以动物免疫体系的细胞信号传导过程为基础,系统阐述植物诱导抗病性的信号转导过程,即在激发子诱发产生胞间信号经跨膜信号转换,形成胞内第二信使,最后导致蛋白质可逆磷酸化,完成整个信号的传导。

Abstract:As an active defense response, the induced resistance is triggered by elicitors, which is different from the natural disease resistance of plants. In this paper, a review is systematically presented to the signal transduction of induced resistance in plants, which the extracellular messenger transfers, through transmembrane-conservation of the signal, to the intracellular messenger, and finally leads to reversible phosphorylation. That is the whole process of the signal transduction on which all life depends.
