湘潭锰矿废弃地土壤酶活性与重金属含量的关系

摘    要:采用野外调查与室内分析相结合的方法对湘潭锰矿废弃地土壤酶活性与重金属含量的关系进行了研究.结果表明:湘潭锰矿废弃地的土壤受到不同程度的Cu、Zn、Mn、Co、Ca、Ni、Pb元素污染;矿渣废弃地土壤中的过氧化氢酶、脲酶、脱氢酶与土壤中重金属含量的一定关系,可以用土壤脲酶活性的大小检测反映土壤受到Pb污染的轻重,用过氧化氢酶活性的大小检测反映土壤受到Zn、Mn、Ni、Pb污染的轻重。

Abstract:Relationship between enzyme activities and heavy metal contents in soils of deserted land in Xiangtan Manganese Mile was studied by using field investigation and analysis methods. The results show that the studied soils suffered from pollution of Cu, Zn, Mn, Co, CA, Ni, Pb to different degrees. In the study, three active enzymes, Peroxidase, Urease and Dehydrogenase, were found and they had certain relation to heavy metal contents in soils. The polluting degree of Pb can be detected by the activity of soil enzyme-Urease and similarly, the polluting degrees of Zn, Mn, Ni and Pb can be detected respectively by the activity of soil enzyme-Peroxidase.
