壳聚糖—盐酸胍纳米微球的制备及其在抗菌纸中的应用

摘    要:利用离子交联法制备壳聚糖一盐酸胍纳米微球,并通过红外光谱(FrIR)与热失重(TG)对微球的化学结构、热稳定性进行检测.结果表明:壳聚糖与盐酸胍复合后壳聚糖的酰胺键发生位移,其强度也有所增加,两者之间并未产生新的化学键,而是以物理交联的方式相结合.通过Zeta电位的测定及吸附动力学的研究可知,纳米微球的Zeta电位为+23.6mV,竹浆纤维的Zeta电位达到-203.4mV;该纳米微球可通过静电和氢键作用吸附在竹浆纤维上,其吸附平衡时间仅为8min.添加该纳米微球的抗茵纸对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都具有较好的抑制作用.

Abstract:In order to prepare a novel and efficient antibacterial agent and antibacterial paper, the chitosan-guanidine hydrochloride complex was prepared by ionic gelation method, and the characterization of the complex was determined by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and thermogravimetry (TG). The results showed that the amide bonds of chitosan had shifted and the strength was also increased after the complex of chitosan and guanidine hydrochloride, and there were no new chemical bonds between chitesan and guanidlne hydrochloride, the guanidine hydrochloride was only physically croaslinked with the chltosan. According to determination of Zeta potential and the adsorption kinetics, it was found that the Zeta potential of the nanospberes was + 23.6 mV, while the Zeta potential of bamboo fiber reached -203.4 mV; The nanospheres could be adsorbed on the bamboo fiber by electrostatic and hydrogen bending interactions, and the adsorption equilibrium time was only 8 minutes. The antibacterial tests indicated that the paper sheets exhibited remarkable antibacterial property against both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus after adding the complex into the paper.
