高产蛋鸭配套系的选育

摘    要:从福建龙岩蛋鸭原种场选择7个蛋鸭品种(品系)S,、S2、S3、J、P、F、K,组建5组不同的三系杂交配套组合:Jδ×(Fδ×S1δ)、Pδ×(Fδ×S3辛)、Fδ×(Pδ×S2δ)、Fδ×(KδXS2δ)、Fδ×(PδXS3δ).5个配套系商品代经500日饲养试验测定,筛选出生产性能最优的2个配套系为青壳蛋系Jδ×(FδXS1δ)、白壳蛋系Fδ×(PδχS3δ).青壳蛋系的产蛋率达50%时,平均日龄(118±2.45)d,平均体重(1595.6±22.5)g,500日龄的产蛋数、总蛋重、蛋重、料蛋比分别为(330.6±4.29)枚、(22.694-0.21)kg、(72.50±0.20)g、(2.864±0.03):1;自壳蛋系的产蛋率达50%时,平均日龄(114.7±1.25)d,平均体重(1526.6±12.31)g,500日龄的产蛋数、总蛋重、蛋重、料蛋比分别为(335.29土1.8)枚、(23.224±0.17)kg、(71.364±O.05)g、(2.77±0.01):1.可见,2个配套系的生产性能均达国内领先水平,具有推广应用价值.

Abstract:Seven laying duck species or strains were selected from laying duck species population resources in Longyan, Fujian Province to develop muhiplicative strain with crossbreeding. 5 multiplicative strains of three line hybrid were established. They were A strain, J male x ( F male x S1 female) ; B strain, P male x ( F male x S3 female) ; C strain, F male x ( P male x S2 female) ; D strain, F malex (K male xS2 female) and E strain, F male x (P male xS3 female). Data were recorded from one day old to 500 day old. The results showed that A strain (green-shell egg line) and E strain (white shell egg line) had better production per iormance than others. When laying rate of A strain (green shell egg line) came up to 50%, the average age was (118 ±2.45) d and average body weight was ( 1595.6±22.5) g. In the 500 days of age, (330.6 ±4.29) eggs were obtained, total weight of eggs was (22.69 20.21) kg, the weight of eggs was (72.50± 20.20) g and feed efficiency was ( 1:2.86± 20.03). When laying rate of E strain (white shell egg line) came up to 50%, the average age was (114.7 ± 1.25) d and average body weight was (1526.6 ± 12.31 ) g. In the 500 days of age, (335.29 ± 1.8) eggs are obtained, total weight of eggs was (23.22 ± 0.17 ) kg, the weight of eggs was (71.36 ±0.05) g and feed efficiency is ( 1:2.77± 20.01 ). Both A strain and E strain could be disseminated because of leading in the production performance of other laying duck species or strains.
