| Abstract: | Food microbiology is a high practical subject. In order to improe the quality of experimental teaching, as well as to train the students with creative abilities and comprehensive quality, this paper discusses food microbiological experiment teaching reform and practice from three aspects such as the select of experimental content , the betterment of teaching ways and means and it has acquired better teaching effect. |
