摘    要:食品微生物学是一门实验性很强的学科,为了提高该课程实验教学质量,培养学生的创新和综合素质,本文从实验教学内容、实验教学方法和实验教学手段三个方面论述了食品微生物学实验教学改革与实践,并取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Food microbiology is a high practical subject. In order to improe the quality of experimental teaching, as well as to train the students with creative abilities and comprehensive quality, this paper discusses food microbiological experiment teaching reform and practice from three aspects such as the select of experimental content , the betterment of teaching ways and means and it has acquired better teaching effect.
