摘    要:以吉林省近年来主推的3个粳稻品种为试验材料,分别在3个氮水平下营养液培养至幼苗期,研究不同氮水平对苗期各器官渗透调节能力的影响。结果表明:各器官中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量为叶片茎根,各器官游离氨基酸与脯氨酸含量为根茎叶。在3个品种各器官中,可溶性蛋白含量在不同氮水平下差异不明显,其含量为叶茎根。吉农大505叶和根中游离氨基酸含量在1N和1.5N水平下显著高于0.5N水平,吉农大603在叶茎中差异不显著,但根中随氮水平增加游离氨基酸含量显著增加。吉农大809茎中游离氨基酸差异不显著,叶和根在1.5N下显著大于0.5N和1N水平。吉农大603和吉农大809叶片中脯氨酸含量1N下显著高于其他2个N水平,而吉农大505叶片中脯氨酸含量的差异不明显。由实验可知,吉农大603和吉农大809渗透调节能力在1~1.5N水平比较好,而吉农大505在0.5~1N水平下渗透调节能力较好。

Effects of Different Nitrogen Levels on Osmotic Adjustment of Different Organs of Japonica Rice at Seedling Stage
Abstract:In order to explore the effect of different nitrogen levels on the ability of osmatic adjustment of seeding stage,three japonica rice varieties of Jilin province in recent years were as materials and cultured under three nitrogen nutrition levels of respectively.The result showed that the content of solution sugar and solution protein were leaf>stem>root and the content of free amino acid and proline were root>stem>leaf.It was no obvious difference in solution protein of the three organs of the three varieties,and the content of solution protein were leaf>stem>root.The content of free amino acid at normal nitrogen(1N) level and high nitrogen(1.5N)level of Jinongda 505 were significantly higher than the content at low nitro?gen(0.5N),the content of free amino acid were no significant difference between leaf and stem of Ji Nong?da603,but with the increase of nitrogen content the content of free amino acid in root increased significant?ly. No significant difference was observed at each nitrogen levels of Jinongda809,and the content of free amino acid showed that the content at high nitrogen(1.5N)level were greater than normal and low nitrogen level.Proline content of Jinongda 603 and Jinongda 809 in leaves of normal nitrogen level were significant?ly higher than the other two nitrogen levels,but the proline at each nitrogen levels were no significant dif?ference in Jinongda 505 leaves.It indicated that the osmotic adjustment of Jinongda 603 and Jinongda 809 were most effectively at normal nitrogen and high nitrogen levels,and the most effectively nitrogen level of osmotic adjustment of Jinongda 505 were showed up between low nitrogen and normal nitrogen level.
