摘    要:测定红花大金元、翠碧1号、云烟853个品种烟叶在烘烤过程中叶片色素含量变化及失水干燥速率。结果表明:在烘烤过程中,3个品种叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量总体上存在极显著差异。烘烤变黄期色素降解快,定色期降解慢,叶片自由水含量一直在下降,束缚水含量先升高后降低,总水量变黄期失水慢,定色期失水快。叶片中色素的含量在很大程度上决定了烟叶的变黄程度。

Abstract:This paper studied the leaf of Honghuadajinyuan,Cuibiyihao,Yunyan85. We determined the yellowing stage rate,in the content of pigment of leaves and drying rate in the flue-curing process. The results showed that the content of chloro-phyll and carotenoid were very significant difference between the 3 varieties of flue-cured tobacco in the flue-curing process. In the curing process,the contents of pigment were degraded fast in the yellowing stage,but it degraded slowly in the leaf drying stage. The contents ...
