| 摘 要： | 从未发酵猪粪中分离出一株酵母样菌株7B3,用BioMerieux Vitek公司的酵母样生化鉴定卡（yeast biochemical card）鉴定该菌为解脂耶罗维亚酵母。为了进一步确定该菌的分类学地位,测定了其18S rDNA序列,分析了相关菌株的同源性,构建其系统发育树。结果表明,该菌株与Yarrowia Lipolytica M相似度最高。

| Abstract: | A yeast-like strain 7B3 was isolated from pig manure, it grows well in manure.It was identified by Yarrowia lipolytica with the yeast biochemical card(YBC) of bioMerieux Vitek Company.To determine the systematics rank of this strain furthermore,18S rRNA encoding gene(18S rDNA)from 7B3 was amplified,and its nucleotide sequence was determined.Homology of similar strains was analyzed,and phylogenetic tree was constructed.The results show that the strain was similar to Yarrowia Lipolytica M. |
