| 摘 要： | 师范学校非师范专业的毕业生就业问题越来越引起人们关注。该文以淮北师范大学环境科学专业(非师范)为例,从学生自身因素、专业综合实力及社会环境3个方面探讨了环境科学专业毕业生的就业现状及问题,并给出了相应解决对策。

| Abstract: | The employment problems of non-teacher major graduates in normal colleges attract more and more atten?tion. In this paper,environment science(non-teacher major)undergraduates were taken as a study case to identify the employment state by the students own factor,the major's comprehensive strength and social environment,and the corresponding strategies were given to solve the problems found in the investigation. |
