摘    要:试验以莴苣为试验材料,采用基质培方法,研究了氮素不同供应水平对莴苣硝酸盐积累的影响.结果表明:在供试条件下,随着氮素供应水平的提高,莴苣中的硝酸盐含量、硝酸还原酶活性和单株产量都随之而增加;在总氮供应水平超过3.2mmol/L(N3)以后,硝酸盐含量超出了食用的安全范围,故总氮供应水平以3.2mmol/L(N3)为宜.

Abstract:In the experiment,the Lettuce was used as experimental material,adopted the way of substrate culture to study the effects of Nitrogen element different supply levels on the nitrate accumulation of Lettuce.The results showed that with the supplying level of Nitrogen element increased,nitrate content,activity of Nitrate Reductases and single output increased continuously under experimental condition;after the total nitrogen supplying level surpassed 3.2mmol/L(N3),the nitrate content surpassed edible margin for safety,therefore the total nitrogen supplying level take 3.2mmol/L(N3)as suitable.
