摘    要:采用单因素和正交实验设计研究了色素提取影响因素,结果表明各因素对准噶尔山楂色素提取效果的影响程度依次为:固液配比〉浸提温度〉乙醇浓度〉浸提时间。准噶尔山楂色素的最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度85%,温度25℃,时间2 h,固液比1∶30。

Abstract:The extracting technology of pigments from Crataegus songorica K.Koch.is studied.The effects of four factors such as temperature of extraction,time of extraction,ratio of solid-liquid and solvent were investigated.Through orthogonal design experiment,the result show that the successive order of factors affecting extraction are solid-liquid ratio>extraction temperature>ethanol concentration>extraction time.The best extracting conditions are as follows:the concentration of ethanol is 85%,extracting temperatur...
